Papendal is centrally located and easily accessible by car. When you come from the direction of Utrecht, Apeldoorn or Eindhoven just take the A50 or A12. Papendal is closely situated near these highways.
Public transport
There are plenty of options for traveling to Papendal by public transport. If you travel to Papendal on Friday, you can immediately buy an OV chip card from any station in the Netherlands with Papendal as final destination (one way or return). You no longer have to buy a separate ticket for the bus. This ticket can be used on bus line 10 with the final destination of Sportcentrum Papendal. This bus runs from Arnhem Central Station directly to Papendal from Monday to Friday. The bus stops at our bus stop on site.
Taxi ABC
Don’t want to be dependent on the bus? Then take a taxi. The taxi driver will take you to Papendal in just ten minutes from the station. We even have a ‘Papendal taxi’, which you can book through the reception of our hotel. The Papendal taxi runs between 07:00 and 24:00 to and from the Sonsbeek side of Arnhem Central Station. We recommend that you book the taxi at least one hour in advance, clearly stating that it is a ‘Papendal taxi’. The costs are €17.50 per person per ride.
